1st week practices
Potential Practices:
Day 1 August 8: all high school VB players meet in yourd from 8:30 to 9:30 for registration and sign up
Varsity will practice from 9:30 to 11:30 Frosh 9:30 to 11:30
Sophs: 3-5pm
Varsity 1-3pm
Tues -Friday: Varsity: 8 to 10 and noon to 2pm
Sophs: 3-5pm
Frosh: 8 to 10am
Week of Aug 15:
All practices, 3 to 5:30pm
